Product Description

Strong-Seal® MS-2®C 60 lb. high-performance, fiber-reinforced cementitious mortar specifically designed for the rehabilitation of concrete and masonry structures in challenging environments. Achieving over 9,000 PSI compressive strength in 28 days, it provides unmatched durability and structural support. With its exceptional bond, flexural, and tensile strengths, MS-2®C adheres securely to existing substrates and prevents future disintegration. Engineered for use in manholes, tanks, tunnels, and wastewater facilities, MS-2®C excels in both vertical and overhead applications. Its advanced formulation, including alkaline-resistant fiberglass, ensures longterm stability and resistance to chemicals, freeze/thaw cycles, and biogenic corrosion in environments with a pH of 2.0 or higher.

When comparing MS-2®C to MS-2®A, both products are fiber-reinforced and spray-applied, forming a seamless, monolithic liner that fills voids and bonds chemically and mechanically to the substrate. Applied at a minimum thickness of 1/2 inch, they both exceed the original structure’s compressive and flexural strengths. While MS-2®A is the most cost-effective solution for halting infiltration and restoring integrity, MS-2®C offers the added benefits of high early strength
